Muay Thay

Originating from the Kingdom of Siam, Thai boxing or Muay-Thai was originally used as a military technique.

Foot and fist discipline, Muay-Thai is a very complete martial art which is based on speed and precision, a powerful and enduring physique, and a foolproof mind.

It was in the 18th century that Muay-Thai was elevated to the rank of national sport in Thailand by the “Tiger King”.

Since then, this martial art has been practiced from a very young age and training camps are multiplying throughout the country. The fights organized every week are followed by the vast majority of Thais and the champions are considered true heroes. It was with the development of tourism that Westerners discovered this sport.

Boxing

Practiced since Antiquity, English boxing, also called the “noble art”, is a combat sport which pits two opponents of the same weight category against each other in a ring, wearing gloves. It consists of an exchange of precise blows to the face and chest. This sport is based on learning combat techniques, movement and endurance.

It contributes to the physical and muscular development of practitioners and allows them to work on their psychological resistance. Boxing has been elevated to one of the most popular sports in the world thanks to champions such as Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson.

Cardio Boxing

Cardio Boxing is a sport that combines fitness, cardio and non-contact boxing techniques.

This activity offers a different approach to traditional boxing by combining body movements and aerobics.

It's a fun and explosive discipline that allows you to quickly relieve stress and helps strengthen your muscles.
